We at Ball Co. Psychological Division, want to ban G.I.F.S. G.I.F.S. is known to cause Facebook Syndrome, causing irrational G.I.F. sending. We aim to eradicate Facebook Syndrome by outlawing the sending, receiving, and viewing of Graphical Interface Formats. This can later cause a dramatical decline in humor, suicidal thoughts, and spontaneous death.
